Just caught the premiere last night and thought it was good! We are going to continue to watch. Although the opener was a different theme song, it was great to see Dick Wolf keep the DUNN DUNN in the other chapter title sequences.

I'll check to see if I can find it online.

They seem to be bouncing the times around a bit but there are two episodes coming this Friday night starting 6pm MST. I enjoyed it too and I'm hoping american viewers will appreciate the differences between the Brit and US versions. It is fun to see a decent UK legal show on the air again.

I really like it and I love the fact that it really is filmed in areas around London instead of on a set like Eastenders! I am looking forward to watching it weekly. Thank god they moved the time around because it would have competed with my Sunday night must watch...

I really like it, too. Love the banter between the two cops. And Jamie Bamber is a BABE!

I watched the show last night and enjoyed it. I wasn't going to watch since I've tried many a Brit show but couldn't understand the accents so I'd give up on the series. At least last night there were few words I couldn't understand.

They film real places, huhn? Gawd, I couldn't imagine living in a box like that apartment building! I'm also sure that these stories are based sometimes on actual reality and last night really bummed me out to think that a child died because of the usual greed and corruption. Either side of the pond, money is king.

Yes the do. Some council flats and flats in general can be very box or look like 1950's modern and are absolute vile to the eye. It is quite possible that they ripped the story from the headlines because in 2005-2006 there was a baby death from the landlord not fixing the plumbing in the flat the family lived in and the pipe burst above the baby's crib scalding the child to death. I don't believe it happened in London though. its just awful. Anywhere and everywhere, money is king

Oh my goodness, Mrs.X! What a terrible "accident"! The poor infant and family. I know an old landlady used to not turn the heat on until SHE felt like it and I had to heat my apt. with my oven at times! Very dangerous thing to do! Scumlords/Slumlords is better terminology for creeps like that.
