I guess Tulsa should celebrate that it's not less than mediocre in that honor.

I looked this up and these calculations are wrong, at least for Tulsa, but likely other cities as well.

First off, it shorts Tulsa’s park land by about 1,000 acres according to what the city’s parks department says they have. Furthermore, Tulsa has three parks systems and they seem to only by looking at the city parks department. Tulsa also has county parks in the city and the huge Riverparks System which is a joint City/County parks system. These aren’t counted at all.
