I visit Tucson often but haven't gone to La Encantada Mall lately. How's it holding up? Is it getting business? Does anyone know if it has any plans of extending or adding new stores? I was so surprised when Louis Vuitton opened it's doors, just need a Nordstrom now.
Thanks

Every time I've been there, the parking lot is full. I go occasionally to the Apple store or AJs, and they always seem busy.

Always looks pretty busy to me. Have you been there since Tiffany & Co. opened? I mostly go to AJ's and Crate & Barrel. The restaurant North is as good as ever.

I don't know if this is the same as the Nordstrom you are referring to but there's a Nordstrom Rack . A Nordstrom was proposed late 2000's downtown Tucson, I believe.

Interesting thread, Stasi . . .

Primarily due to The Apple Store, I hit La Encantada frequently and it always appears to be "hopping" to me. In fact, one of my biggest complaints is The Apple Store is much too crowded for comfort.

As for Nordstroms . . . there's a new Nordstrom's Rack about a block South of The Tucson Mall.

Yes, they do very well. The restaurants and shops both do. I guess they don't do the farmers market there any longer though.

The Apple store is always strangely super crowded. Except maybe at like, 10 am on Tuesday.

AJs always seems packed, too. I never really go anywhere else, there, so not sure about the other parts.
