To all my fellow cat lovers, if you have any friends or relatives living in Palmetto Bay or Cutler Bay in Miami that own cats, please let them know this is going on. This person is taking peoples cats and skinning, disemboweling, and mutilating them, leaving them in neighbors yards. There has been a total of 25 cats hit so far in the month of May. I have already been in contact with the Mayor of PB and the Lieutenant of the PBPD. If anyone has any information, there is a good sized reward that Im sure will continue to grow. PLEASE come forward!!!!!! Any little bit helps!!! And please keep your cats indoors until this POS is caught!!!!!!

Now Im sure some people will argue about cats being outdoors but I would just be as outraged if it was dogs or any other animals. They are still creatures of this planet and very loved by their human parents and families. This is not the time to sit here and debate this. Lets catch this POS and give him/her what they deserve. We all know that the torture of animals is a beginning to a much darker path..

Stupid question, but what is POS?

Either way, this story makes me SICK TO MY STOMACH!!! What a sick freak!!! OMG, who could do this to our poor animals!!

I'm third in line in catching this psycho & giving them what they deserve. Prison is not good enough--they should be tortured in the same way that they are hurting these poor kitties! My heart goes out to their owners

I totally agree this is sick, but to the people in the area, if you don't like cats and could care less this is happening:

People that start out torturing animals very often move on to humans, usually children because they are nearly as helpless as animals. So if any sicko out there knows what's going on and isn't saying anything, just keep in mind your child could be next.

I hope they find the sick bastard and torture it until it's heart stops. And yes, it. No true human would do that.

Whether or not cats should be indoors pets is irrelevant. I'd be outraged if someone were doing this to squirrels or possums, even. Absolutely disgusting.
