The shooter/murderer in Oslo killed almost a hundred people and the most he can get is life in prison which means 21 years, and after good behavior he will be out in 13 years...the same as a kidnapper who murdered his victim got in Holland.

In America the System pays the government 75 dollars a day for each prisoner....... btw that is YOUR TAX dollars that pay for this..........

Not trying to get political but teaching young boys the "art" of beheading is almost a rite of passage in some parts of the world. Now it seems to have crossed a couple of oceans and is appearing on our own continent.
