Yes, same thing here. The Leslie Blvd. location seems to be lower than the Clearwater Ave. and Court Street locations. Perhaps they are using nearby competition as the gauge. Don't really know. However, they seem to be among the lowest price in the area. Though Exxon/Circle K seems to be very competitive here as well, they have the most stations in the Tri-Cities, and they too have different prices from station to station.

Interesting concept. From Knight Street to Swift Blvd. you have what amounts to a long city block. On the south end you have John Dam Plaza (a nice community stage area), and the north end obviously now vacant. Imagine a "Central Park" on the entire block.

Two problems, however. First I don't think the Richland Police Department facility (in the middle of the block) is going anywhere. Second, there is the beautiful Howard Amon Park just to the east along the Columbia. There may be a civic idea that we already have ample parks in central Richland.

In the same neighborhood the old Hanford House has been completely remodeled as a Holiday Inn. Nice upgrade to downtown Richland.
