Love them! And, if you book and the price for the same exact package drops and someone books at the lower price, you'll get a refund!

I like them. The vacation packages with the coupon codes give you some really good deals sometimes...especially with Bahamas and other Caribbean, they are having all sorts of specials.

I've not ever used them- - - yet.
Seems another site beats their price every time.

Seems they are a great company and have traveler's backs- if needed...but luckily I've not ever needed anything other than a great price for a ticket so I've never needed 'traveler's services'.

Are you looking for anything in particular? I almost never use third-party sites and book everything myself. That said, I got an email alert for a package deal to Puerto Vallarta that I could never beat had I booked separately (airfare cost almost as much as the entire package) so I booked.

I checked other popular sites (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) and none of them were that low for this particular hotel. It's usually better to just book on your own, unless you can get a really good deal. Also check TravelZoo for great deals. You can't book through them, they just advertise deals to your particular destination.

Didn't go yet! I'll be there in June, so I'll let you know!

Sign up for the top 20 on TravelZoo's site. They'll send you awesome deals, once a week, as well as travel alerts. I just got an alert for a very low airfare to Hawaii from San Diego. If we didn't have all those other trips booked already, we would have totally jumped on it!

I must start out by saying I don't go to the site trying to find a place to go- so this is why those 'deals' won't pertain to me as I go to the internet to find my fare to get to my vacation destination choice- that I've already decided on.

That said, if I want to go on a cruise between such and such dates and need airfare to the port/ or I want to fly to Korea/ or I want to go to Vegas/... whatever-
I go to:
Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Hotels, CheapTickets, CheapoAir, BookingBuddy, Kayak, Hotwire, Priceline, etc (just naming some off the top of my head)

As I posted, so far Orbitz hasn't offered the best price so I've always went with another. I've purchased a few times from Expedia, Travelocity, once from CheapTickets, and rarely from the airline websites (sometime they do offer the same or more discounted fares)

But I don't think there's any rhyme or reason...it's just luck of the draw.
