TORONTO - Greyhound has scrapped an ad campaign that extolled the relaxing upside of bus travel after one of its passengers was accused of beheading and cannibalizing another traveler.
wow, that is...scary! To think that their ad campaign was joking about "bus rage". It was such a horrendous, horrific incident, it still churns my stomach to hear about it. Of course, they're doing the right thing though.
I heard about that, how terrible. I used to ride greyhound myself and there are absolutely some of the weirdest people on there sometimes, and there is no type of security checks for a bus, and i've never felt safe. This just solidifies one of the reasons i'll never ride greyhound again.
What really pissed me off though was the PETA ad exploiting the situation for publicity
