Interesting...I'll be flying back to the US from Barajas next month and wasn't aware. A quick Google search though brings me to the page where you have to pay 90 Euros for the VIP departure. I have TSA Pre and Clear, plus Global Entry once I arrive back in the US, but not sure how to circumvent the lines at MAD without paying more than I already have. I've traveled home once before from there, but didn't get anything fast tracked. Would be interesting to hear others experiences.

Might be because I flew Business Class per response I got on TripAdvisor, which also got me into Iberia Lounge (flew American—nothing to do with my status). Got through in less than a minute.
Other tip—always check your fares even after booked. My flight price dropped, temporarily, 2 weeks after I purchased ticket and American credited me back the difference ($600) Re: travel credit for a future flight.

Just received a second confirmation from a European on the TripAdvisor air travel forum that Fast Track comes automatically with Business Class tickets.

Went through there may 20th.
I'm a slow track kind of guy. Wasn't bad Saturday am about 11.
Same here. My last time at Barajas a really good-looking security guy had me remove my belt and patted me down. Gave me a cheap thrill. You probably don't get that level of attention when you have Pre Check.
It's because you flew Business and you got access to the Iberia lounge because they are in the same alliance with American Airlines
