Our world is a very big place to cover all the places in a lifetime but when we talk about our favorites the list gets smaller. Maybe 100 or 10 or even 1. Tell me your favorite place to explore for a cozy vacation with your partner and how you planned the trip?

Bora Bora

Amalfi Coast

Santorini

Maldive

Seychelles

All are expensive and hard to get to.

Depends a lot on time of yr / abilities / desires / budget.

For some it will be a cruise ship, for others a mtn trek.

My favorites...
South Pacific Islands
Switzerland (or Italian alps)
NZ hot springs
Greece has some nice romantic cities by the sea, (and I am sure many other nearby places.)
My spouse would pick Thailand for great pampering! ($4 massages several times / day) and really nice welcomes to hotels.

For USA:
SF / Seattle if I want a romantic city with a nice skyline view.
Estes Park CO if I want a mtn town (off season only, the place is deserted, but sunrises are to die for)
Hot Springs are always good
