Yep, the bird park. Walk along the river or take a boat ride AT NIGHT. The food markets and street hawker stands (great, cheap food, too). Little India is fascinating. The night zoo is something the rainy weather prevented during our visit, which I will regret for the rest of my life.
There are several really interesting temples if she is into that. The Thian Hock Keng and Sri Mariamman are both worth a visit. The first is a Chinese temple and the second a Hindu temple. The botanical gardens is fantastic, plenty of photo ops there.

Thanks. As mentioned my daughter will be in Singapore next week. My wife will be busy working but my daughter is free to do whatever, though she will be looking to watch the dollars.
She likes experiencing different cultures and likes photography and so any suggestions as to where to go are welcome.
