there are some parts of spain where some hours of the day of some days in summer it is 40 degrees or more.

that would be like saying that many parts of spain are constantly -10 degrees. While this is true in some parts some winter nights, it is not the norm either.

It is 4 Degrees in Spain today, with no wind. Amazing weather, isn't it? I wish I could go there with my family. I got burned out in Libyan desert (58 degrees).

you mean it is 4 degrees in the entire country? Sevilla, a city I am visiting in a week, is 20C (68F) today.

It was in Madrid. Today it is 6 degrees there. In Sevilla it is showing 10C at 7AM
