Motion sickness stories

I have some motion sickness issues and have been sick on most modes of transportation except train. Carsick, airsick and seasick. My main problem is sailboats. I have only been airsick one time as a kid and it hasn't happened since, though.

I can't read in a car or even look down for any extended period of time. I only get sick from theme park rides if I go on too many roller coasters/spin rides in a short time frame. If I pace it well, then I feel fine.
