No way that is a crock of crap literally. 40 minutes before flight is how it is for all the rest of us. The rental car company took forever the traffic was bad... I showed up 30 minutes before flight at gate with no one else. Too late. Was in Hawaii so didn't suck so much but the guy who tried to take his lilikoe jelly on board as I was at the gate had to go back and check it in 15 minutes after I was there. I only got a upgrade becuse the next days flight was cancelled also due to mechanical. You have to follow the rules and show up on time other wise pay the price. No changes even in a quiet airport on the same airlines!! Geezzz guess I need a twitter account!
