Thought this was an interesting read and curious as to what you all think about what they found (or didn't). Toyota is taking a bit of a hit to its reputation with the recent issue with the accelerator pedal in its vehicles. Seems Toyota may been trying to cover up cases getting exposed, especially with their generous settlements in law suits that require the plaintiff to sign a confidentiality agreement and not speak of the issue again.

But even as its sales have soared, the company has delayed recalls, kept a tight lid on disclosure of potential problems and attempted to blame human error in cases where owners claimed vehicle defects."
