That is what I thought too until I read it from numerous sources. Grape or orange Kool Aid makes a great rust remover as well. They has a whole list of things to deal with automotive problems with common household items. Now that I think about it I'm going to dig one of those mags out and read it again. Cool stuff!

i also heard that you can put a cloth in the tail pipe to prevent little critters.......

Anything to keep em out. They chew up wires, upholstery and leave turds almost everywhere they go. Do what you have to to get rid of them!

Yes. With the BT it's not necessary to disconnect the battery, and that would defeat the purpose anyway. You *could* disconnect the battery and put it on the tender, but that would just be extra work.
