I'm really surprised by how China Springs has changed so much. Just about 5 years ago, it was just some small country town with not much development. Now there's all types of sudivisions popping up, lots of retail coming in, and also in talks is a new HEB.

Default Check out Aquilla

Down 933 from Gholson is Aquilla. In Hill County, very small, not even a gas station. But the school is excellent. And land should be very reasonable. Who knows, you might even have your own gas well.
