Why, TR, how'd you ever guess, LOL?!? (((TR)))

ET is a place through which I pass going somewhere else, and I haven't been east at all since 1998, when I went to VA! But that trip took me through the upper northern portion of ET, which isn't quite the jungle that Kirbyville/Jasper are.

But either one is way too hot, steamy and humid for me.

I was sort of freaked out last night.

Farmington, NM was 85 degrees at 9:30 pm!! Alpine and the Austin area at the same time was in the high 70's. Even Durango got to 90 yesterday! YUCK. Sometimes I think I should just go to Sibera from June through August!

You'll get some relief from the humidity, but it's HOT right now here, dry notwithstanding.

It's my annual trip to Sedona. Stopping in Albuquerque for the night, and then on to Sedona in the morning. I plan on doing more hikes in Flagstaff for the higher elevation and cooler climate.

Have you checked Flagstaff's temperatures? This is crazy.

Farmington and Albuqurque, 97--and both Durango and Flagstaff are 91 right now. Sedona, 101. Temperatures that hot at these elevations are intense.

I HATE summer, and it's not even supposed to be here for nearly 3 more weeks!!!!

I can't wait for October.

But...enjoy your trip!
