I think that's a great idea myself. Looks like great conditions.

LOL, that's funny. For those who might be living out of the area, it was in the high seventies where I live in Texas today, BUT I suppose we could always try what this guy did.

A drunk decides to go ice fishing, so he gathers his gear and goes walking around until he finds a big patch of ice. He heads into the center of the ice and begins to saw a hole. All of sudden, a loud booming voice comes out of the sky. "You will find no fish under that ice."

The drunk looks around, but sees no one. He starts sawing again. Once more, the voice speaks, "As I said before, there are no fish under the ice."

The drunk looks all around, high and low, but can't see a single soul. He picks up the saw and tries one more time to finish.

Before he can even start cutting, the huge voice interrupts. "I have warned you three times now. There are no fish!"

The drunk is now flustered and somewhat scared, so he asks the voice, "How do you know there are no fish? Are you God trying to warn me?"

"No", the voice replied. "I am the manager of this hockey rink."

It's looking like we're going to be in for one long, hot summer!

It's not the high 70s here consistently, (it got to 77 one day), but it has been a really warm winter in south central NM....I am really dreading summer, and wish that the housing market were a little better so I could relocate once again to where it's colder in the winter!!

People who have been here several years keep telling me this isn't a normal winter, but I think they're lying....

Well, maybe we'll all be in luck and it won't be a normal summer either, but rather a nice cool one but I know that's wishful thinking!

Maybe if we both wish hard enough, it will come to pass.....the hottest month here is normally June. The summer monsoons normally start around the middle of July.
