Hi Pam! Thank you so much for all that info. I just got off the phone with Fritch, asking to be sent any and all info on it. Tell me this, does Fritch also get coated with that carbon? I would like a place, with a little bit of land so no one is on top of me, outside of town if possible. It would have to be close enough to Borger because that is where my husband would work (if this worked out). You all gave me a good start.
Thank you again.

no it doesn't. and it is 10 to 15 mins. to Borger depending on where you're going. Where would he be working? And let me warn u, in the winter it is really ugly here so don't judge it by that rofl. But the spring and summer it is beautiful. Also, Fritch is a small place but the city limits are really small. We live in Fritch but we are in the county. O, and if u are looking to buy u might want to check which county the house is in, as Fritch is in 3 counties lmbo. and as was said before the lots are large around here so u don't have someone looking in your window

That is all good news to me. I hate to mention the job site because this is all in the thinking stage and I wouldnt want anyone upset, you know what I mean, but my heart is really pulled that way. I can't find any homes (double wide trailer would be okay) in that area . You have a link I can find some or are the scarce right now? I just want to see what homes go for. The summers here are brutal, it is that colder climate we are craving..so the snowy winters there do not scare me! ha!

If you go to Google Maps, then press on "street view" you can move the little orange man around and it will give you a look at all the streets and all the views. Just drag the little man around and you get a street-level view just like you were driving aroun in the car and looking at the place. You can do that with just about anyplace.

It was helpful and so much fun. I ended up looking up everywhere just to see the sights. I found out now all cities have the web cams up. That made me wonder why they have the web cams up! Hummmmm!

My son will be moving to Borger from England to attend Franks Phillips College in August. This has given me an insight to the town of Borger. Any students out there able to tell me more of the student life style. Nobody mentioned th e Oil Refineries.
