Dallas grew by 162,000 last year, has virtual full employment and is creating about 40,000 jobs per year - I think I'm close on those numbers. And today I read we are supposed to be at 9 million in 15 years. I think the Dallas area was only about 1 million when I was a kid. A lot of change in my lifetime. And I'm not that old!
