Hi,

I was considering relocating to Sherman TX, but than i found out that there was really bad flooding there last year. Is this a regular occurence in Sherman? How bad does it get? Does the flooding get really bad in the residential areas, or is more situated to other areas of the town? Any info is greatly appreciated.

It's not a regular occurrence although Texas is prone to flash floods. It's a possibility but it's not necessarily going to happen in the same place every year.

Only certain parts of town.....the older parts usually.... and then only once every decade or so. It's not a real issue there.
