Gambling bills filed | Kuff's World | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle)

Thoughts on how you all feel about this series of bills? Is there any chance a Republican lege would pass either or both of these bills?

Do you all think gambling is a net positive or negative in Texas? Which urban areas would be ideal for casinos? To me Galveston comes to mind.
