Would like to hear from those in the farm and ranch real estate market in the rolling plains region what your summary of the market is in that area. What has the market done since the the bust and what do you predict for the next couple of years? What advise can you give if purchasing regarding avoiding future power line crossings, mineral rights advise, water availability etc. Looking to purchase about 160 acres for small cattle ranch and home site.
