That makes two of us, LOL! I'm not gonna lie. Just the other day I took a picture of a guy in Pizza Hut. If you could have seen the turbo mullet this dude was rocking you would understand... It was the baddest thing I've ever seen.

Some people are just begging for their photo to be taken! The way I read it, as long as you don't try to sell it to them afterwards, you're good!

Haha! Oh my, wouldn't that be funny to take the photo of the peculiar-looking person and then try to actually get them to buy it... Makes me want to try!

Actually that law isn't only in Tennessee.

Not true. You can take a photo of whoever you want that is out in public. As a former member of The Fourth Estate, if that were actually true I would have been in jail a long time ago, along with the thousands of my brethren. The paparazzi would be locked away for life.

Actually the KNOXVILLE - not Tennessee - law states that you can't take a photo and then try to sell it on the streets. Whether that law is actually on the books or just fodder for this website remains to be seen. I don't have the time to research it, right now.

theres so many odd ones from all around the world, like no whale hunting in arizona, and no giraffe riding in canada...makes you wonder who the idiot that did it in the first place to Make a law agaisnt it nessicary was...

i do get the no trying to sell people the unsolicited pictures you took of them laws, its common in alot of euorpean vacationspots to have peopel take photos then annoy you for 3 miles down the road as they try and sell it to you...
you wanna take my picture? fine, just dont try and then make me buy it!

i think im going to have to go up TN silly laws now.

I'm glad that's Knoxville only... most of the whitewater rivers have professional photographers set up at the larger rapids. They take pictures of boaters and try to sell them for really high prices.
