We have expanded our job search to the entire state of Tennesse. I told my husband...no matter where the job is, I'm sure we'll find an area nearby that is what we're looking for to live. At least I hope so..lol I've also been researching more area's such as Knoxville and am realize that I need to get over my fear of the unknown. Smaller isn't always better. So, thanks for your advice, it really is helping. We have been looking on craigslist at some of the rentals and some of the properties are just beautiful. I don't know what it is about TN, but I really want it to be the place we can call home.

Have you checked around Cleveland, Athens, Ethowah, Riceville or Madisonville? It is really nice in that area (IMO).

I haven't actually looked in those area's but I will...thank you. The more I research this the more I can't wait to get there. Now I see what all the fuss is about. Love it already!

Well, it looks like my husband has found employment in Rockwood..Yeah! Now, to find a place to rent in the area so he doesn't have to drive too far to work. Thanks for all the support so far..it's been a great help.

Thank you! Is there anyone who can tell me where to look on-line for homes to rent in Rockwood or surrounding towns within about 1/2 hr drive. We've been looking at craigslist and plan on coming down first part of this week to rent a place. We were kinda hoping to have a few places in mind. (Like a newspaper or ????)
