We were reading about the new community that has the Crystal Lagoons, I think being built on Epperson Ranch (not sure of spelling) Does anyone have any info on this community? We live out of state and have limited info. Thanks for any info,

Epperson Ranch is/was 1,700 acres of pasture about 1.5 miles east of I-75, between State Roads 52 and 54 in Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills. The master plan is approved for ~4,000 residential properties plus retail and office spaces.
They have a long bumpy road ahead, though. More here -->

there was an article about this in Wesley Chapel magazine and they claim it's not much different from any other large pool... I don't know for sure, but I found it ironic to suck out water in the county with so many sink holes
