I know this has been brought up before but would like the most current info. Does anyone here work for Disney at the Tampa reservation center (DRC)? Do they still require working every weekend...and what is the worst and best starting pay you've heard? What about the atmosphere?

All help and many thanks to all who might respond to my questions

I just had an interview there last Friday. I an keeping my fingers crossed that they call me with an offer. Seems like a nice place to work. It is very Disney that's for sure. The two ladies who interviews me were very very nice as well as people walking by. I'm hoping for the best. I am a huge Disney fan.

I thought the positions were in Orlando only at this time.

Do a search in the forums, especially Orlando forums. I have seen people that either love it or hate it. Starting wage seems to be low, but there are incentives. Obviously, those that are successful like it, those who are not... don't. Also, since you will be the new guy on the block I hear you'll be at the mercy of whatever schedule they put you on.
