since my kid goes to st. louis public school which is unaccredited,
is there money out there to send him to a private high school ?

Enroll him in the Voluntary Transfer Program so that he can attend one of the excellent STL county school districts.

Look for a private school that will fit his needs and then approach their admissions office directly...there are many scholarships for the right student.

The Voluntary Transfer program only works if your family is African American. Otherwise the county districts have promised the SLPS that they will not accept students from the city.
