I personally wouldn't make my decision based on MetroLink access, but that's because I never use it. If that is something you would use very often, I think you answered your own question.

Keep in mind that FH doesn't have many housing areas as compared to the surrounding towns, and the MetroLink station is rather out of the way in my opinion. There is one on Frank-Scott at the Hospital, but that is Belleville if I'm not mistaken; the next closest is Swansea.

Shiloh's MetroLink is very nicely located right at SWIC's campus, and there are nice new neighborhoods all along Green Mount. Knowing nothing else about your needs/wants, I would consider that area over FH and Swansea, and certainly over Bellevegas, based on other general parameters and all the new shopping/housing.
