If you are interested in antique furniture, check out Cherokee St. in St. Louis City. Its quite the opposite of Ikea, but much more character to the merchandise.

I just moved here too and I ended up buying my bed from St. Vincent De Paul on Forest Park lol. There are a few thrift stores that sell decent old furniture not too far from you if you are on a budget
