I know of two of them: Riverchase, located in Fenton (admission $7.00 for non-residents) RiverChase of Fenton Swimming Pool Information

and there's an indoor pool at the--no, I take that back. The indoor pool at the James Eagan Civic Center in Florissant is open to Florissant residents only. I hope Riverchase works out for you! There are probably others in the area, but Riverchase readily comes to mind.

Thanks! Do you know if the one in Fenton has an indoor kids pool, or is it just a regular pool?

What about "joining" the YMCA for a day?

I used to play racquetball @ Y by doing such...

I believe the Lodge at Des Peres has an indoor pool (and my favorite outdoor lazy river!) I recall the non-resident rate being pricey... but I was a broke college student at the time, so maybe it's not really that high.

Florissants indoor pool may be available to non-residents since there is a listed price for NR on the city website. JJE Center Indoor Pool

i would give the james j. eagan center a call though don't take my word for it. the pool was recently renovated (within the last 2-3 years), they put in a pretty cool slide that goes from indoors through the brick and actually wraps around outside the building.

http://www.fentonmo.org/docs/Spring%20Summer%2008%20w%20cover.pdf (broken link)

On page 3 of this 28-page PDF file, it says it has an "indoor leisure pool/water park," and it includes photos of the indoor and outdoor pools. Looks really nice! Hopefully this PDF file will open on your computer OK.
