I'm a 22 year old male. Are there any fun things that I can do in St. Louis from March 11-15?

Not exactly a spring break destination but it depends on what is important to you.

It will depend on what you like. If you are alone it might be museums, walking through forest park or the Botanical Garden or zoo. Finding good restaurants (say what you like, someone can point you well...we have a pretty good food scene IMO). You can do bars or clubs at night or find a play or a movie. I used to take some less traditional spring breaks myself.

Or in the 70s, muggy and a chance of severe/destructive weather - you never know around these parts! .

Do check the weather forecast as your visit approaches - St. Louis is a very "soft" town when it comes to any semblance of winter weather. That is to say, the folks tend to hibernate with any hint of snow, cold etc. Today we just has a light dusting of snow and it wreaked havoc on the roads and led to cancellations:

St. Patrick's Day is well represented here. There is a neat 5 Mile run and parade afterwards through downtown:

Check out the Science Center (I-64/Kingshighway, near SE corner for Forest Park. It's a neat building and it currently featuring some excellent documentaries now (the center itself is free but admission to the movies are $10.00 per adult), including an outstanding one on aviation narrated by Harrison Ford:

The Blues host the Ducks on March 11th. Hockey IMHO is the greatest team sport and always a fun time:

Wherever you go, just remember - do NOT leave any valuables/possession in plain sight in your vehicle.

Have a great trip!

St. Louis is also like a "border town", meaning that you can cross the river and go to bars well into the wee hours of the morning. Sauget, Illinois just across the river from Downtown St. Louis has bars and strip clubs that don't close. So, when the normal bars in the city close at 3:00 am, those don't. If THAT'S the type of spring break you're looking for...
