Came across this submission on Rally St. Louis. What do you think? I thought it was worth posting if anyone wants to vote or comment. Most ideas winning are smaller scale, this looks pretty cool.
Thoughts? The entire Rally St. Louis idea is pretty neat especially if something substantial comes from it.

I think it's a great idea. I've always thought that, while beautiful, the view from Art Hill is missing something.

I think so too, and why isn't there anything in the city marking the 1904 Summer Olympics? Sure the gates at Francis Field at Wash U has a plaque, but with a notch on your belt such as the first Olympics in the Western Hemisphere, why isn't there something more substantial?!
