I don't see anything special with her....Sage Steele isn't good either. Both don't provide any kind of analysis worth noting. ESPN should fire both of them tbh. I miss the days of NBC . ESPN just sucks.
No reason for me to even look at First Take anyone.
Cari had a tough job having to basically referee Skip & Flip! Certainly wouldn't wish that nightmare job on anybody! Her next assignment should be a stroll in the park in comparison. Here's wishing her well!
She is not in a position to do in depth analysis... even when she goes to SportsCenter is not on the basis of heavy analytical ability.
But she doesn't do much of controlling those guys either. They moderate themselves. She just sits there and says nothing much of the time. In other words, they don't need her there. Same for Sage....there is no need for her either.
I thought being a host/moderator of a show was a better spot than just being an anchor. I guess it is the other way around. At least now, she has to do some work instead of just sitting there and turning her head back and forth from Skip to SAS with rare interjections.
With Cari Champion finally freed from having to mediate between a pair of braying jackasses, I think her talent as a journalist will be able to emerge.
"well deserved?"
For what? She sits like a lump while the two men shouted until they run out of breath.
Ok, she has nice legs.
Until you are on the set with the cameras pointing at you, with the producers chiming in your ears giving you cues while keeping track of what's going on in front of you... you may not be taking into consideration the entire picture. Yeah, she didn't make much analysis, but it's not a walk in the park either. She did her job pretty well.
She's quite hot IMO but she's not a good reporter. Fun to look at tho.
