Marco Materazzi - Provoked one of the greatest and classiest players of all time to headbutt him.
Tim Tebow - Massive attention *****.
Manny Ramirez - Same as above.
Curt Schilling - A tool on and off the field.
Donte Stallworth - Got away with committing murder.
Lebron James - Left his hometown in the douchiest way possible.
John Rocker - Insulted the 7 Train.
Delmon Young - The baseball version of Mel Gibson.
What evidence do you have for Schilling bring a tool? Who says? Besides you? Do you know him? I do.
Rocker was correct about everything he said.
James returned to Cleveland and gave them a title.
And it's not Tebows fault that the media loved him. By nature he's not an attention seeker. So why blame him? All he wanted to do was play in the NFL? All his last teammates call him humble and a great leader.
Beckham - A great player but very overrated IMHO. Everything he did was exaggerated. Hes famous for marrying a Spcegirl.
Uh noooooo, he was famous for in his prime being one of the finest players in the English Premier League. Which is the best league in the world. And the American media made a big dealing him coming here to play in the MLS with Los Angeles. Hoping he would elevate the league's global recognition. Not his fault.
Also, the spice girl got more publicity out of the marriage then did he. He was already one of the most famous athletes on the planet. She was a second rate pop singer.
Are you trying to say Sidney Crosby? Did the Kid? Of the NHL?
Great player. Tough and hardworking. And strong. Good work ethic. Eager to improve his already excellent skills. A former client. Why don't you like him? Did he best your favorite team a few times? LOL.
As far as John Rocker's famous interview.. I don't necessarily feel he was 'correct', or incorrect about his comments on NYC. They were just his subjective experiences and perceptions, that's why people are interviewed, to get their opinions.
It was cold how the media, and some fans, demonized Rocker as a hater.. while they hypocritically spewed vitriol, threats, and hatred at Rocker (& his girlfriend, right ?). Rocker is entitled to his opinions.

Yeah I don't quite get the Crysby comments. Why wouldn't a hockey fan like him? He fights his own battles, is incredibly talented, is not scared to get in the dirty zones, all while being physically targeted more than the average player. He's pretty phenomenal if you ask me. Add to that how humble he is on and off the ice, and how he presents himself as a genuinely good, calm, quiet person, unlike the many binge-boozing, party-aggressive players elsewhere.
There is an individual who has not been listed here who tops the list by a mile IMO.
He played three seasons for the Carolina Panthers. He was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and and was convicted by using an instrument to destroy an unborn child-his own child. He had a friend kill a lady acquaintance who was eight months pregnant with his child who was boxed in by traffic and had several rounds shot into her. When the warrant was issued for his arrest he finally was found in the trunk of his car. His friend, a night club manager, was hired to shoot her.
What's even more sickening is that I read an item online that he is eligible for parole in 2018. He is truly an evil individual. Absolute evil.
