Does anyone turn the channel when this blowhard is on ESPN? I swear I have never watched someone as arrogant and loudmouthed as he is. Anyone else feel the need to eat a cyanide pill rather than watch this idiot?

No worse than the other Smith (Robert Smith) who doesn't respect non-big conference teams (NCAA football) and can't hide it in his game analysis. Sadly he's never on post-game to eat crow which is a regular outcome.

He's no Howard Cosell but I'd take him over Brian Kenny anyday.

No I don't feel that way about Stephen A. But I do feel that way about Herm Edwards.

If we could get rid of Mike Ditka, I would probably watch ESPN's football coverage a lot more...

He's hysterical and very well respected among his peers. The 1st Take show and most of the ESPN stuff is done for ratings, thats all. Look at sports talk radio and its easy to see who the best are, usually former or current journalists. As for awful, its the Mike and Mike show, all slop and no substance.
