Yup, any home improvement store. If you are considering motion lights around your home, I would NOT recommend solar. Read some reviews on Amazon.com and the strong majority will tell you they don't work that well. I looked at solar motion lights and copied down some brands/models and looked them up online... then I went with wired.
We have been looking at regular solar-powered path lights (outdoor type) for use inside the house. They aren't very bright, but would be great for hallways, currently unoccupied rooms, under kitchen counters, and along stairways. They'd give off light for about 4-6 hours. Some people don't know, but the lamps come right off the stakes, and can be used that way without stakes, inside.
The next best thing is to have a complete 12VDC LED lighting system. This can be attached to a single 12 V battery (automotive or marine) or to a bank of batteries (usually 4 or 8). The batteries can be charged by solar, generator (30-60 mins per day) or by wind/hydro or other power. LEDs are getting brighter and the technology is improving rapidly, so we are holding off on purchasing even some of the better stuff today, as we know they'll be better tomorrow.

How are you thinking they will be charged up if they are inside all the time?
