Let's see.......
There are hot springs on the Olympic Peninsula -- at Sol Duc, and also at Boulder Lake S.W. of Port Angeles in the Olympic NP.
There are also the Goldmeyer Hot Springs in the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River N.E. of North Bend.

And there are more in Oregon, Montana and British Columbia, and a few more in WA.

Seattle? None.

This is a fun map:

I've been to the Sol Duc Hot Springs over in the Olympic Peninsula. It's nice, but it can get crowded.

Kennedy Hot Springs is in Snohomish County, and requires a nice hour plus hike to get there, but is really nice. Baker Hot Springs southeast of Bellingham is also a nice place...and not exactly a hot springs but a healing waters lake is Soap Lake, about 180 miles east of Seattle. The water is silky and in the summer you see people on the beach applying the black mud to their bodies after emerging from the water..It's a cool place, with nice views of the coulees from the lake.. You probably couldn't get there now due to snow, but in the summer, it's a great place.
