Thanks, this is definately on our list of areas to check first. Seems to have everything even though the houses are older.

From 3) it sounds like you are planning to buy a house. If you're willing to rent for a while to buy (pun intended) some time to investigate more, it'll take some of the pressure off.

Also, Klahanie is a great neighborhood with all the things you're looking for. I can't generalize about it as a whole but used to live there, and my neighborhood was terrific in terms of friendly neighbors (who are now among our closest friends), kids playing out in the street and running into each other's homes, and block parties on July 4th. There are two community pools and the nearest Connector pickup points are in the Highlands and Sammamish park and rides.

The downside is that some people don't mow their yards as much as they should.

Default House for Rent in Klahanie

Hi there - We have a 2800 sq ft 4 br home in Klahanie that will be available to rent Nov. 1st. We are asking $2400/mo rent. Let me know if you are interested in taking a look at the house!
