Im highly thinking of moving from Miami to Seattle, and i would like opinions if this is a good move or not based on cost of living, property, job market, and just general life style.

It would be great help

You'll be fine - but it will be a huge culture shock and the weather will really take some time getting used to

I'm from California - been here four years - we're moving back, I miss being warm more then 6 weeks a year

Well, this is interesting. I have lived here the last couple of years..and I actually went to Miami to relocate..but came back here. It isn't that I didn't like Miami.
I came back because they were such polar opposites! It is like comparing oranges and apples!

No..I don't think so, not unless you live in the suburbs, then you might find a good price. Groceries are a little more and gas is a little more.
It is nice here, so if you can afford it then go for it. But, bottom line, yes it is a bit more costly here in Seattle then Miami.
