When opening my garage door (with garage door opener), it was often getting stuck only part-way open. A number of years ago I had a bad experience with a (different) garage door repair company that told me I needed a bunch of new parts, charged me a small fortune, and didn't actually address the problem I had called about in the first place.our company provides best garage door repair services.

Better Built Door (eastside based) installed two Liftmasters for me this past summer. Not exactly what you want, but repairs are within their mandate, too, per the website.

The guy who installed mine was a hoot (personable), and reliable. He charged fair prices and was transparent about everything.

I bought two Liftmaster openers with MyQ capability (WiFi control, Android or Apple apps). Pretty cool, albeit not as smooth as it could be, and seems to be evolving along with everything else mobile and home automation-side.

Given springs tend to break every once in a great while, they'll be my go-to for that sort of thing.

Rainier is great. They've fixed minor things for me for free, so I return the favor by hiring them for bigger repairs. They always do a good job.
