Just wondering if paying a few hundred dollars for an attorney and taking several hours out of a working day is worth the $100 or so for the fine and perhaps a bump in insurance rates.

a "bump" in the insurance rates will last you 3-5 years.

so yes, the cost for an attorney is worth it

Default Ken Grover

He is based in Burien. He is very competent. He has a vast network of attorneys that work with him. He had a friend's accident ticket thrown out.

by the way, I don't know if most of you know....but in WA, they give you one freebie every 7 years. If you have never gotten a ticket in WA in the past 7 years, then file for a deferred finding. A lot of lawyers use this for first time offenders. So you may be able to save a few hundred bucks
