We recently moved to Kirkland and I am looking for a daycare for my 18 month old. I can google it and find places, but I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for ones that they like or have heard are good. Thanks!

How far are you willing to commute?

La Petite in downtown Redmond is pretty good.

Thanks for your response! I will be commuting into Seattle, so Redmond is unfortunately the wrong direction. I would love to find something in Kirkland or in Bellevue close to 520...

We had a great experience at Early World in Bellevue, somewhat off of 5-20. Our child was there from infancy until almost 4. Then we transferred him to a private preschool in Seattle. I just looked at the website, and many of the same people are still there (and all of the same mgmt). But it looks like Kirkland also has a facility:

Bellevue:
Early World Children's School - Bellevue, Washington

Kirkland:

The Bright Horizons are also safe & provide quality care.

Thanks so much West Seattle Gal! I had heard of Bright Horizons, but I hadn't heard of Early World and I am definitely going to look into it!
