I have a tall and skinny physique. I wear 34x36 or 34x38 in pants. But every city I go to, I can never find them where I normally shop. Ross, target, TJ Maxx, thrift store, you know the cheap places. What stores in Seattle likely have these sizes in pants at the lowest price possible?

Try JC Penney. I noticed they had a section for big & tall with sale prices recently. Unofrtunately the specialty stores are going to be higher priced.
I also noticed at Costco when looking for pants there were a lot of them way too big for me so that might be a possibility.

I too wear 34x36 - look at Old Navy. Costco never has pants long enough.

I would suggest Value Village or Goodwill.

I have a friend who is 6'7". I once bought him pants at Macy's. They seem to have a lot in tall sizes, and when they have sales, they're really good.

My husband is about the same size as you and can't shop at "cheap stores". He's had good luck w/urban outfitters, nudie jeans, and levi's.
