I fly in a *contraption* at a fraction (25-35 MPH) of the speed
that guy is flying and also at a fraction (5 - 200 FT ASL) of the altitude he is flying.
Then people around me say I am nuts to fly like that.
Now imagine flying like him ...
Those same people (those who would only fly inside an aluminium tube)
would commit me to a mental institute !!!
On the other hand, good for him.
Always people who will take it just a bit farther then everybody else does.
Nothing wrong with that.
Wonder what he will do next ??
Uhuh ... all of us who fly, are a bunch of radicals !
Why Radicals?
Because a Radical is
somebody who believes in something,
just a bit more than you do !!!
I am just thinking of the cost to *fly* like that.
The four jet engines he has strapped on him, are about $6K a piece.
Then you need another airplane to get you to the altitude.
Not really something, anybody would do on a weekly basis.
Without people like him, the world would be boring !!!
