I have been looking at homes in Kenwood Park on University Parkway. So far, everything is great! Neal Communities staff has been wonderful in helping me, but I would like to know more about the area. Is anyone familiar with this area? It seems like a lovely area to move to.

If you are referring to the University Parkway area itself, it's a wonderful place to live. It is beautiful out that way, and there is all kinds of shopping, dining available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I can't answer any specific questions about Neal Communities, but I don't think I have heard any bad things about them.

Great area and builder. Good investement as in due course Anderson is building a mall with some biog named anchor tenants promisinng to come .
