Hello, I'm looking to buy a condo in Manatee County. I'm interested in knowing what areas to avoid and what I should look out for. Any information is much appreciated. Thank You

Go to Sarasota!!!! There are good and bad in Bradenton. The further west the more confusing(anywhere between 41 and 301). Gang postings on here as well as shootings at the beach ever Easter, last yr a drive by at the Mall in the daytime!!! Lots of drug deals there at the mall. The further east you go towards 75 the better it is!!!! The main problem is you can be in a beautiful community now and go two blocks away and be in the not so nice part of town and that is all over the area in Bradenton except closer to the interstate. Not trying to say all bad about b-town but it is what I know. Hopefully some others can shed a more optimistic opinion!!

Sorry, but Sarasota has some very bad parts as well, and is much more expensive. Unless you are working in Bradenton I would recommend a place in St. Petersburg, a little further north - that is a nice little city!
