Occupancy Data on Condo Rentals on Siesta Key (Christmas: purchasing, association)

I am seriously considering purchasing a really top-of-the-line large condo on Siesta Key for personal use some of the year and for a rental property the rest of the year.

Does anyone have or know where I can get, occupancy data, preferably month-by-month on 2 and 3 bedroom nice condo rentals on Siesta Key. Clearly there would not likely ever be 100% occupancy and certain months will by top heavy (like Nov-April) and summer and fall, particularly early fall could be very low, BUT I don't know and this sort of data is crucial to know whether this is doable or not. If I were going to occupy it full time that would be a totally different story and none of this information would be needed.

Any information, referrals, websites with info would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure to check the condo association rules regarding rentals once you've narrowed down your choices. Wouldn't want to be getting fined for renting weekly if condo rule say minimum 1 week or only "x" number of rentals per year.
