NM isn't really known for good BBQ. Good chili is our thing. Want good BBQ? You'll have to head to the state to our east.

The BBQ pickings seem slim in ABQ as well. Maybe it's time for me to open up shop?

Maybe, but several have gone under... (Recently Porky's, Madd Max...) But go for it and I might try it...

Just let us know where you're opening shop. I'll be there too! And if you decide BBQ isn't the right restaurant to open, how about a good Ethiopian place? I don't think there's one in the entire state of NM, sadly.
